Club Chouette, Rice’s French Club, will be having its first meeting of the year this Wednesday, October 3 at 9 pm in Sewall 307!

You will have a chance to hear about our plans for the semester–including a movie night, game night, and a dinner–all while enjoying some delicious treats!

Want to reward yourself for working hard all week? Want to use your creative skills? Want to eat dessert again?

Well, come make Holiday Cards for French children AND eat decorate-your-own crepes at Club Chouette’s first ever crepe- and card-making night on Friday, November 18th! It will fun-filled night with great food and great people!

Come spend a great afternoon with Club Chouette as we go to visit The Houston Museum of Fine Arts from 12-2pm on Wednesday, November 16!

We shall tour the exhibit “Life & Luxury: The Art of Living in Eighteenth-Century Paris” and grab lunch (graciously sponsored for by the Department of French Studies, so it’s free) at the museum cafe!

Hello French Club Members (including new, old, and potentials)!

Our First General Meeting is on Wednesday, September 28th at 7pm in HUMA 119. Come out to share you passion for French food and culture as well as meet great new people. We will be going over what Club Chouette is about and our agenda for the 2011-2012 school year. There will be food!
